A bit about Carol…

Carol Woolley
Carol joined our team as a Learning Consultant in August 2011 where she is responsible for cultivating customer relationships, particularly for larger and county councils. From May 2012 Carol will be looking after Modern Governor.
Already a bona fide Learning Pool ambassador, (Learning Pool Ambassador of the Year 2010), Carol joined us from Worcestershire County Council where she started her career as a chartered librarian and later progressed into learning and development.
She was pivotal in implementing e-learning within WCC as well as that of Worcestershire Partnership, a collaboration of various local businesses and government services.
Carol is CMI and CIPD qualified and has over 20 years experience in local government.

What are your favourite hobbies..?
Astronomy, singing in a local choir and cross stitch – but not all at the same time.
Name the most famous person you’ve had a face to face encounter with?
Frank Skinner on holiday in Venice, he saw my brothers West Bromwich Albion football shirt and came and sat with us at a café while we were waiting for a train.
If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be and why would you want to go?
Florida, NASA Kennedy space Centre, I love everything to do with Space and the sky!
