Paperwork – don’t you just love it?
We’ve got around 20000 School Governors using our Modern Governor e-learning, and their feedback is crucial to us. It helps us to identify any problems, make Modern Governor better, and plan our future content based on what Governors want to see. It’s also how we collate literally thousands of testimonials from happy Governors!
But if we had to collate it all using paper-based questionnaires, can you imagine how long that would take? and how much money it would cost?
Luckily we’re quite good at designing solutions for things like this. Each module asks for feedback from anybody that completes it, then their feedback is aggregated online for us to view it all in one place. Oh, and it’s live too – so as new feedback comes in, we can see at-a-glance what people think. It also helps our Governor Services customers to see what their Governors think about Modern Governor.
