As governors we are removed from the day-to-day operational nature of school life, but strategic changes will have impacts on people throughout our institutions. This module introduces four key change roles, explores how people respond to change and can be useful in supporting the school’s leadership team as they implemented changes on a day-by-day, week-by-week and term-by-term basis.
