This module aims to help you make the best use of your time, however limited this is. If you are in a full- or part-time occupation – or have other responsibilities which sometimes seem to swamp you – and this affects your ability to meet the demands of being a governor, then this module will give you some tools to help address this. One of the main complaints governors have about their role is that there is never enough time to do it as well as they would wish. This module encourages us to think about how we spend our time – both in a governance role and beyond – to make the most of it.
